I don`t understand what is the big deal with the K&M, i cant play with them to save my life. I only use the PC for exclusives like the Flight Sim and some strategy games. Everything else is on consoles.
Way too complicated and so it is for a huge percentage of casual gamers out there.
Sudden change of attitude there POG don`t you think? I remember last year when the x360 was outselling the ps3 you were backing VGCharts like the bible. But i understand, it is a tough time being a xbot, there just is`t enough arguments to back up your console. I own a x360 and i cant see a game that appeals to me this year.
Well with the smaller install base out there what would you expect? But since there is no other argument points left for you xbots i`ll give you this one so good point.
I like Jeremy`s attitude, he`s hilarious but i`m fed up of checking the BBC channel every sunday for Top Gear just to find it is not on. I love the show and the wait is killing me.
They are both very similar and only a fanboy would say that one is superior than the other. But considering that the x360 was the lead platform and the ps3 version is a port i would have thought x360 version to be better by a margin. Also don`t forget that the ps3 still is harder to work with when compared to the x360. I can`t help but wonder what would the difference have been if the ps3 was the lead platform.
I own both next gen consoles and i bought the game for the ps3 and rented it...
I played gears1 when it came out and i was not impressed with neither gfx nor gameplay, never finished it and only played once online. I found Dirt to be much better looking. And that pic looks not much better than Gears1. But i never liked shooting monsters and i did buy the game with a negative mind so maybe that had some effect.
It can not compare to GT. Very few games can be compared to GT but thats not saying that this is garbage. I`ll give it a rent and if it plays decent enough i`ll pick it up.
I knew this would happen. Prologue is grate but it feels far from finished and still needs so much work. But as long as they update it regularly i shall have no problems waiting. There is other racing games i want to try out until than so i don`t mind waiting. Good things come to those who wait.
I can`t wait to get some info on forza3 as it should be released sometime next year as well.

For RROD!? I doubt anyone is crying for that? I know xbots love everything Bill makes so enjoy your RROD. As for ps3 owners, they will enjoy a high spec reliable console playing the best looking games (Uncharted, GT5P) with lag free online. I own both consoles so i know the difference between the two.
When my first console got the rrod it was before MS started to give the warranty. At the time i did`t know anything bout the rrod so i thought "things brake" so i just went out and bought a new one throwing the old one away.
When the 2nd console got the rrod, i went to my local hardware shop and bought a new one again, then put the broken one in the box and took bk the next day saying i want a refund. It worked.
Only on my 3d rrod i decided to send it to MS. They send ...
Yesterday was the first time i ever heard about this error and now it has escalated to this? I`m yet to hear of some1 who experienced this error.
BTW from my point of view the x360 has a 100% failure rate and here`s why:
- a 30% failure rate would mean that 30% of the x360 would die and the rest 70% would live it`s full life cycle without any problems. I am very skeptic about that. There are very few launch consoles that have survived so far but i doubt they will last another 3...
What can i say. I only wish i could have a conversation with The Mart or even more with Zhuck. Seems like we`re having the last laugh.
Just because MS screwed things up and the x360 is taking a beating does`t mean that this site is ps3 biased. I remember last year the things were the other way around when the ps3 negative news never seemed to stop.
This is a gaming site and it brings both positive and negative news.
I rarely use live now but i have problems every time i do use it. However i don`t find PSN to be as trouble free as some people would want you to believe. I often get disconnected, it freezes and some games suffer from lags. But it is free and in terms of quality gaming is much better than LIVE. I also paid £40 for live and i never use chat or in game messaging so from my point of view LIVE is inferior to PSN and more expensive. I do like achievements though.
That`s subjective. I find the online to be very very entertaining. In the expert section where most of the people can drive but there are a few of them who will take you out even on the straits when you try to overtake but that happens in every racing game.
I wish i could see what you see in Forza2. I completed the game and still playing now and then, but i find it to be even far behind prologue let alone the full GT5. PGR is ok, gotta give that game some credit. But GT5P still pwns every racing game that i played.
Don`t get me wrong man, i love the games and live is grate and i`m addicted to achievements but as a system i hate it for all the problems it gave me. Still playing on it though but i can`t help but hate it. I`m talking from own experience.
I am a huge sim driving fan, Forza and GT are the main reason for owning a console but i don`t mind a bit of arcade racer every now and then, with PGR4 being the king of arcades. But arcade racers must have satisfactory car physics and Grid is missing that big time and for that reason i won`t get this. I`ll see what Ferrari Challenge has to offer, and if it does`t live up to my standards then i`ll keep on playing Prologue and Forza2 until GT5 or Forza3 comes out.
